We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

By placing a deposit on any trip you are acknowledging and agreeing to all of the Independence Terms and Conditions. Prices listed are based on a cash discount, and we have all rights to change our schedule at ANY time.

Blackfoot butchers & Outfitters covers up to $150 for personal effects. Blackfoot butchers offers full refunds for dissatisfied customers.

If you are dissatisfied with your trip, we please ask that you fill out a claims form for review. Upon review (2 weeks), we will contact you via mail and or by phone with the number you've listed on file with your account, with a solution and result.

Blackfoot Butchers & Outfitters does not cover any fishing gear, tackle, Safety equipment or any fishing related equipment that is brought by the client individually. All gear tackle and bait is supplied by the captains only. All safety and flotation devices for all clients will be provided directly by the captain of your Charter.

The client is responsible for bringing all personal protection equipment, personal safety gear, food, drinks, necessary items for children, and correct Footwear.

Cancellations

All reservations require a 50% deposit. All cancellations must be sent via Email directly to blackfootbutchers@gmail.com within 5 days of the booked trip.

Phone cancellations WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit unless your ticket can be sold.

ALL cancellations for whatever reason are subject to a 50% cancellation fee (Initial Deposit). In the event that any trip is cut short or returns early due to weather, breakdowns, illnesses on board, or any other unforeseen incident, there will be no refunds.
